Frederick IT Helpdesk and Deskside Support

Computer Services is committed to providing the NCI-Frederick and Frederick National Laboratory user communities with support that is timely, effective, and efficient. If you are having a problem with any computer software or hardware, please submit a request for service or call x-5115.

The Frederick IT Helpdesk serves as the focal point of C&SS support services, coordinating communication between C&SS and the NCI-F/FNL population.  The Helpdesk is the central point for end-user IT support at the NCI-F/FNL and ensures that requests for support are directly resolved or routed to the appropriate party.

The C&SS Deskside Support group provides all NCI-F/FNL employees with a central resource for support and service of their desktop, laptop and mobile computing devices as well as related peripherals and communications equipment. The Deskside Support group works hand-in-hand with the NCI-F/FNL Computer Services Helpdesk.
