The Computer & Statistical Services Helpdesk provides the NCI-Frederick community with a single point of contact for computer assistance, information, service, and support.
The Helpdesk is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding NCI-Frederick holidays. Users can expect most desktop support requests to be addressed within 5 working days, "urgent" request within 1 working day. Please contact the helpdesk to report any problems with hardware, software, or web sites.
