Data Management Services, Inc., the Computer & Statistical Services contractor, provides on-site computer software training exclusively for all NCI-Frederick employees. Classes are held at the in the Building 362 Training Room located on the NCI-Frederick campus at Fort Detrick.

The current class session schedule is now available. Classes are scheduled according to demand and available resources.
All full-day classes are from 9 AM to 4 PM; half-day classes from either 9 AM to Noon or 1 PM to 4 PM as indicated in the schedule. The cost per day for each regular full-day class is ($85) and each regular half-day class is ($70). All charges for courses are billed to the training account of the student’s center number.
Complete the on-line registration process, print the form, have it authorized by your supervisor and mail the original to Cathy McClintock in Building 362. Upon completion of the registration, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.
If there is insufficient enrollment in the class requested, the student may either be transferred to another class scheduled during the same session or the class will be cancelled. All enrolled students will be notified via email of any transfers or cancellations. For a status of your enrollment, access your Student Transcript.
All classes are held in the Training Room in Building 362 on the NCI campus at Fort Detrick.
Any NCI-Frederick employee, supervisor or manager can arrange an exclusive “Closed” regular or “Custom” personalized session for a minimum of four (4) students. “Custom” class costs will be determined by C&SS and the training contractor.
