Frederick IT Services Helpdesk provides the NCI-Frederick and Frederick National Laboratory communities with a single point of contact for IT assistance, information, service, and support.
The Frederick IT Helpdesk is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding NCI-F/FNL holidays. Users can expect most desktop support requests to be completed within 5 working days, "urgent" requests within 1 working day. Please contact the Helpdesk to report any problems with hardware, software, or web sites.
